I'm a big fan of the Treatment Action Campaign. A good friend of mine was working with them in Tanzania a few years ago. They're at http://www.who.int And if you're just looking for a good plae to donate money for the holidays, I'd say the ONE campaign is a good cause. http://www.one.org
