it doesnt its the drugs that spread the HIV'AIDS And the drugs that do that are the ones you shot up.

I think they lose the sense of responsibility when they become intoxicated. This happens to adults , too.

-sharing needles very easy way to transmit -drunk/drug act less responsibly less likely to practice safe sex -the "crowd" you associte with in drugs circles more likely to be infected -some scientists beleive that AIDS is a by product/result of some drug combinations (or at very best enhances the spread) -lowers your immunity to all illnesses

they cloud their judgement when it comes to sharing a needle or having unprotected sex, someone that is all cracked out isn't going to think about using a condom

If you are high or drunk then you are not thinking straight. People who aren't thinking straight tend to be careless. Sharing a needles or having sex without a condom is careless. Carelessness is what causes this disease to continue to spread.
