I doubt Smithfield has a specific clinic for hiv/aids...more likely there's a county health clinic there in Johnston County that would cover it as part of their general duties. Another place to look would be the Carolina Alliance of AIDS Services. They're a regional organization located in downtown Raleigh. ( http://www.aas-c.org )
