No, I think not. I did see a documentary though about how some people are resistant to it, but they aren't sure exactly why. They said that the some of same people who have been found resistant to HIV are decendants of people who seemed to be resistant to the black plague... seems theres some link there. Maybe once they figure out what it is for sure, there'll be a cure! This is EXTREMELY rare though and doesn't occur in large groups of people.... like a whole tribe!

their may be some tribes that do not have the aids, HIV virus in the tribe ,, but that means that it has not arrived yet in the village.. but no man woman or child in the world is immune to this disease..........

I'm not sure about an entire tribe, however, there are a few individuals that seem to have "beaten" the virus. A couple that comes to mind are a mother/daughter team of whores.
