I'm doing an article on HIV/AIDS and need one piece of information?
I couldn't find anywhere. What is the penalty (In any area) for not telling your partner you have a knowing case of HIV?

It seems to be an area of the law that is developing still. Below are a few relevant links from different countries. You'll also find some links in them that question whether transmitting HIV knowingly should be a crime. Why not call your local court house or just Google "hiv criminal charge" and your jurisdiction ?
