No, you can't. HIV is quite fragile and dies in seconds outside the human body. It would be killed almost instantly in beer with ice. Besides that, the mouth lining isn't all that vulnerable to HIV. You're fine-- just paranoid.

HIV is sensitive to fluctuations in temperature and the presence of oxygen, so the virus would most probably perish in a flash. Chances of infection? Zero.

like cooker said HIV is very perishable outside the body since it is a virus and like warm places.There is a very slim possibility of you getting it through blood in a beer although you can still get it from saliva ( another slim chance) but still possible....
