I remember watching a movie a few years back (like 5) about a young boy who had HIV and ended up spreading it around to his group of friends because he had unprotected sex with many girls. Also i remember there was a girl who had been having unprotected sex with many guys and never got aids, but her friend who had sex with only one guy ended up infected.

I think that might be a Law & Order episode. Because I remember an episode like that on Law & Order. Or it could be a Lifetime movie because I also remember watching a Lifetime movie like that.
