For some reason I had a hard time finding any current data, but did find this from the 1990s. http://www.aegis.com/pubs/gmhc/1999/GM130504.html It shows that AIDS death have steadily been declining. This information is for the US only. I bet if you do some more web research you can find exactly what you are looking for. Try checking wikipedia.com
