Slim, but possible. HIV can be spread through blood and saliva. So if a man has a blister or some other cut of his penis, then he can recieve HIV from another.

Your chances are high. Any bodily fluid transfer, with the exception of tears, can transmit hiv/aids. tears have too great of a salt content for the virus to survive. Get tested if you have been even possibly exposed! Do not postpone testing. The rest of your life is what your gambling with. Joe

There are other STDs too, that can be spread this way, so it would not be good to take such a chance.

In order to understand this problem, one must study how one gets HIV infection and how such infection develops into AIDS. It is now accepted that one gets such HIV infection through the body liquids of the affected person, i.e. blood, semen and saliva. it is not contagious and so one does not get it, by shaking hands or kissing the patient.
