Sustiva/Efavirenz , Advil/Ibuprofin, Aleve/Naproxin, Marinol (sometimes prescribed for wasting; it is synthetic THC), Phenergan & Promethazine (prescribed for nausea) are all known to produce a false positive result on marijuana or THC tests.
