No, HIV is found in the blood or by swabbing your cheek for DNA. If the doctor took a urine sample, they were probably checking a routine urinalysis.. it shows things like red blood cells, white blood cells, and other chemicals in the urine that can tell if you have a urinary tract infection, blood from a kidney stone etc. They can also test for toxicology - different kinds of drugs and medications. It is hard to answer your question about after a year of sex and symptoms - it's not the sex, it would be the day of infection. If it was 1 year after the date you were infected, you may or may not have symptoms. Many people have no symptoms for years. If you are concerned about a possible exposure, PLEASE go to the doctor and ask for a test. Or go to the free clinic if you are embarrassed. Trust me, it's worth the 5 minutes.

I don't think so. HIV/AIDS can be determine only through blood test.

HIV/AIDS cannot be detected through a urine test. Even if a doctor does blood tests for a different reason, HIV will not be detected unless the HIV test test is specifically requested and performed on your blood sample. A urinary tract infection is not a typical symptom of AIDS.
