It may be because African American men cheat more than other races, and have more sexual partners, thus putting their "other" woman at higher risk ?

maybe because they are brought up in the ghettos and where there's a Lot of poverty and they are not very educated about the use of contraceptives and tend to sleep with random men for money !! idk but its very sad and anyone can contract this virus because it has no age, race,face or name so stay safe and make sure to protect yourself !!!:)
