No You have to kill the chicken before eating it and HIV/Aids is a virus thus it does not survive after its host is dead. That is even if the Chicken can contract HIV/Aids which I doubt as it is a human strain. It would then also have to mutate into a chicken strain of HIV/Aids. Call it CIV/Aids lol but then how the hell will a human contract a now mutated HIV/Aids strain in a dead chicken by consuming its meat. Please tell me you are joking.

No. The virus needs a suitable host to live. A hen can't get HIV, so it's impossible to give it to someone else if you don't have it.

If a hen swallows a condom full of sperm, I'm thinking it would suffocate on that rubber condom. Also, a human disease can't be transmitted to a fowl. @Silth: This guy lives in Japan, not America.

Okay, I don;lt even think a human would get infected from swallowing that condom, let alone that chicken. Even if the hen did get infected, the disease would die with the hen. Even if the disease stayed there, it would be killed when the chicken was cooked. so yeah

What I want to know is, was the hen being particularly nosy or the person with HIV (AIDS is a different condition to HIV BTW) being particularly untidy? It is unlikely you could get any virus from eating the meat of an animal, especially if the animal was cooked thoroughly. You are more at risk with getting a bacterial infection than a viral one from meat. As said above, AIDS is a different condition from HIV and is not contracted by a virus. AIDS is caused by HIV affecting a person's white blood cells. Even if a human swallowed the condom, it is just possible it could pass out the other side without affecting a person's system, but if they did they'd become HIV positive, not catch AIDS.
