Sorry, but you're going to have to do a bit of work for your report! The UN, through WHO (World Health Organisation) produces infection rates around the world. For Sub-Saharan Africa, you can probably assume, for the purposes of the report, that the whole population is black (not true but close) so the maths are simple. In other countries, you may need to work out the percentage of blacks in the population but assume a uniform infection rate (again not true but may be good enough) - check the CIA factbook website for demographics as a start and in still other countries you may need to find the infection rate amongst blacks as well as the percentage of blacks in the country (check individual ministries of health or disease centres specific to each country).
