Is it possible to contract HIV from dry humping if both participants were naked and genitals were touching and rubbing without penetration? My GF is virgin and i know am not infected but afraid she is

Yes if your genitals touched it's possible. If she is a virgin it's very unlikely that she has HIV

There is a risk, but it is low. (There is only a risk if she IS HIV+, do you know for sure that she is?) It is more common for HIV to be transmitted from males to males or males to females than vice versa, but it could happen.

If she's indeed infected and she had vaginal lube go on your penis while you were humping her but teh temperature has to be a certain temp it is possible.

HIV is transmitted through body fluids (i.e. blood, sex organ secretions) which allow the virus to find a good spot to bore down into in the lining of a mucous membrane. This is especially easier for the virus when the lining is torn through some sort of rough manipulation (making anal sex a very efficient way of transmitting the virus). Because of this, women are 500 (yes, 500) times more likely than men to become infected with HIV through sexual contact (because of the nature of the vaginal canal acting like the perfect habitat for microbes). Dry humping, then, is not an effective method for transmitting the virus, especially from an infected woman to a non-infected man. However, anything is possible as viruses are tricky little devils, but such contact transmission is rare. If you have any question in your mind at all, then abstain from the behavior until you get tested with your girlfriend. It's that simple. Why is it, by the way, that you are afraid she has HIV? You don't trust that she is a virgin (or you think she got it from some other way)? If she has a very limited sexual history then what's the problem and what makes you suspect it in the first place?

If your GF is a virgin then how did she get infected? From using dirty needles or a blood transfusion? Look you're CRAZY to even think of getting naked and letting your genitals touch someone who MIGHT be infected with HIV. Yes, you can get infected from open-mouth kissing her! Some people say that you can't but ANY exchange of bodily fluids (including saliva) can be dangerous such as if you have an open would in your mouth or on your lips such as a blister or pimple!! Don't risk it! It's not worth your life! make her get tested or don't go near her!!! If you get infected, you die. Plain and simple. Why gamble with your life???
