Following the rules of having safe sex,like condoms,pills etc and in a clean place.

We could all stop having sex and doing drugs...or isolate all those infected on a really big island... A more viable solution would be to have safe sex and don't share needles, but people have been preaching that for years with little effect.

The problem with AIDS and HIV is that many people who have HIV don't know it. So testing everyone who has had sex would be a good start at least many people who have it would at least know. awareness is a good start, but if people don't listen, it will continue to spread. Also, before anyone is let in to the U.S, should be tested.
