not having sex is a great way to make sure you don't get it or any STD's
2 :
Use safe sex methods: use condoms (not the new polyutherane or the lamb's) stay with a trusting partner don't have sex with anyone.
3 :
DON'T FOOL AROUND!!!!!!!!

Abstinence is the only 100% way to prevent pregnancy & HIV. There is also condoms & not sleeping around. But neither of those is going to be 100%.
5 :
Keep your pants on until you and your partner get tested. Don't share needles. Don't hang out with people with questionable lifestyles (drug users, swingers, cheaters...).

If you are not going to practice abstinence (not having sex) then make sure to use a condom (the only effective birth control method for STD's) and it may also be a good idea to use some other form of birth control (such as the pill, to reduce the risk of pregnancy). As long as you are having sex there is always going to be a risk of STD's and pregnancy, but there are ways to reduce that risk. Also, make sure that you trust your partner and you should both get checked for STD's before you engage in sexual activity.

Well, abstinence is a great way to prevent both. If, however, you want to enjoy a healthy sex life, use protection. That includes condoms as well as birth control pills. The condoms will also help prevent herpes and other STDs. Also make sure your partner is healthy and AIDS free.

not having sex is a very good way of not getting any kind of STI's/ STDs and also hiv/aids. using contraceptives is also a good way but not 100% so dont rely on it. Not having sex is a very good way of not gettin cervical cancer also. having contact with blood from a hiv/aids sufferer is a very strong way of contracting hiv/aids, and most bodily fluids. kissing is ok as it would take about 8 pints of saliva from an hiv/aids sufferer for you to catch it. Thats a lot of kissing.

You know more people dies in one day because of hepatitis B infection than in one year by Aids/HIV.Dont involve yourself in un protected sexual intercourse any time even with your known person !Today no vaccine is available to make you immune but it is the pipe line !Till than dont take any injections or dont get hurt with with non sterlised needle.Dont come in contact with breech on your part through which the blood of the person who is already HIV possitive is comes in contact!!Remember it is not transmitted through saliva or hand shaking or a kiss!Dont go for blood transfusion without having tested for HIV and Hepatitis B even!!
