Where have you been?!?! A condom lowers the risk but does NOT prevent. You can also contract it if the female performs oral sex on the male. I don't think it works the other way though...

A condom is not 100% effective against HIV/AIDS or pregnancy, using it correctly is, however, the best option. Their is HIV in semen, therefore, there is some chance of contracting HIV from oral sex, however, there are very, very few cases where this might have happened and the chances are very slim. DO NOT brush your teeth before hand, open cuts in the mouth greatly increase the risk.

A condom is only 99.9% effective when used properly. Assuming the lord hasn't forsaken your pathetic soul you should be fine. The oral sex is definately out of the question though. It is very likely that you would contract HIV from a person that has it through oral sex.

I'm not a doctor. But as far as i know, AIDS is not transmitted through saliva. Unless there's a cut/open wound somewhere that somehow enables the virus to enter your system. Condoms give protection up to approx. 99.9% of the time. Final advise, be choosy about your sexual partner.

Yes a condom can prevent it if used right and every time you have sex. Yes it is possible to contract the virus by oral sex. Anytime you exchange bodily fluids. If the guy would have an open cut in his mouth he could pass the virus to you.

If you are providing oral sex to the male, the semen if it is within your mouth, remember we brush our teeth, this creates tears in the mucous membranes in the mouth.. The key to this who thing is always yes a possibility of spreading infection if you or your parter are HIV positive. Final recommendation.. Always use protection and get tested.
