This is a strictly hypothetical HIV/AIDS question, and I need actual answers, please?
Hypothetically, if you were 14 years old and contracted HIV/AIDS from a blood transfusion or something of that nature, and the disease was caught six months later, how long would that person typically live if they were put on medication?

Potentially 3 or 4 decades would not be an unreasonable expectation- some would last longer, some less time. each person's immune system will be more or less robust and they will be exposed to more, or less, diseases which will eventually overwhelm their immune system. But it should also be remembered that meds are very expensive and that person would be contagious their entire life.
