Is there any other way to have a low white blood count other than HIV/AIDS


Is there any other way to have a low white blood count other than HIV/AIDS?
I'm scared.

cancer is one way i know but im not sure

Chemotherapy. I don't have HIV, but after being treated for cancer, my white blood cells dropped to almost zero, but my white blood cell levels went back up within a week after treatment.
