Why is HIV/AIDS still a problem in Africa and other under developed countries?

its a problem in the US, too. but our media doesnt report on it the way it shold.

Because there is no cure and people are going to continue to have sex without requiring their partner to take a HIV test first.

Mostly because the kids over there are being born with that diease, also there's hardly any adults because they die from that diease,lack of food,etc. So the kids well they're unknowing, and suppose they have sex with many different people and one person has the diease, and is having sex with many other people, it's going to get passed around quickly, the people who had sex with this person, go and have sex with other people too and therefore it's getting passed on and so forth. Remember they don't have our religions either so that means they don't have to be married or a certain age to have sex. The United States maybe more developed than them, but its still a problem in the US, and it isn't reported as much as it should be.... Hope it answered your question.
